Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

New Clients (Non Members)

If you’re visiting me for the first time, full payment is required at the time of booking. This includes a non refundable 50% booking fee. *Just a heads-up: a booking fee isn’t a deposit — please keep this in mind before confirming* — it secures your appointment and protects my time, helping prevent no shows and last minute cancellations.


As a solo specialist, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. This policy ensures I can offer a reliable, high quality service to clients who genuinely intend to attend.


To achieve the smoothest results, please ensure you have 3–4 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. This allows for an effective wax and gives you the best possible result.


Members

Members enjoy greater flexibility and priority access when booking.


  • Online: book up to 6 months in advance
  • In‑house: book up to 12 months in advance


Members can book appointments without paying anything upfront!
Seven days before your appointment, your reminder email and SMS will arrive, and you’ll be asked to pay at least 50% of the appointment value to secure your slot.
You’re welcome to pay in full if that’s easier, or you can pay the remaining balance in‑house on the day.
This approach keeps things flexible for you while still protecting the time I set aside exclusively for your appointment.


Moving or Cancelling Your Appointment

You’re welcome to move your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

After this point, the booking becomes locked in and the cancellation policy applies.

Cancelling Your Appointment

You may cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before using:

On‑the‑Day Cancellations

If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment within business hours, please contact me via SMS on 07915 054055.

50% of the appointment value will be retained or charged.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to make exceptions, as same‑day cancellations cannot be refilled at
short notice.

No‑Shows

If you do not attend your appointment, the full appointment value is required.

These policies help keep my business sustainable and ensure my time is respected. I never double‑book — every appointment is held just for you.


Illness – Your Conditions

Please follow all health and safety measures, such as using hand sanitiser and wearing a mask if needed.
If you’re feeling unwell (cold, flu, etc.), please reschedule. If you arrive visibly sick, I may need to refuse service to protect myself and other clients.


Starting your period is not a valid reason to cancel. Waxing is still safe and effective during menstruation, and if you choose to cancel for this reason, the on the day cancellation policy applies and
50% of the appointment value will be retained or charged.


Illness – My Commitment to You

If I’m unwell, I will cancel your appointment to keep you safe.
If I cancel, your payment or booking fee will be refunded, credited, or moved to a future date — whichever works best for you.
As many of you know, I have a back condition, so there may be occasions where I need to cancel your appointment at short notice. I’ll always let you know as soon as I’m able to.
